You are now college bound and while that can be stressful and exciting at the same time, you don’t want it to show through in your skin.  Here are a few tips to keep your skin looking youthful and radiant.

Stay hydrated

Drinking water is really important to keep your skin clear, you need to hydrate to have hydrated skin! It will be easy to swing into the cafeteria to buy a juice, soda or other beverage filled with sugar and unneeded calories.  However, if you buy a great re-usable water bottle it will be even easier to fill up with water and overcome the sugary temptations. This is one of my favorites, plus it doesn’t sweat!  Check it out here.

Wash your face

Washing your face in the morning with a gentle cleanser will remove oils and debris in your skin and give you a fresh start to your day.  This is a great time to also apply a moisturizer or sunscreen to protect your skin during the day of the pollutants, sun and external stressors. Check out the cleansers that Beautycounter offers for every skin type.

Sunscreen

Wear it!  While a tan gives your skin a glowing freshly sun kissed look, the years of sunburns and lack of sunscreen will lead to a roadmap of wrinkles, dark spots or age spots.  Damage from the sun can happen over a lifetime.  Start now with applying sunscreen into your daily regimen and protect your skin. These sunscreens are great for everyone and some of them are even in travel sizes.

Clean phones occasionally

Wipe your phones down with a cleansing cloth to clear your phone of bacteria, oils, make up and debris that can build up on your phone.  All of these are being pressed into your skin when you use your phone which is a great cause to those pesky breakouts.  Check out these simple on the go wipes for you phone.

No make up at night

Remember to take off the day with make up remover wipes and rid your skin of the daily pollutants, debris, and bacteria that build up on our skin throughout the day.  All of these things are what stay in our pores when not washed away and cause those embarrassing breakouts.  These Beautycounter wipes take off the day with a few swipes.
